refactor(mobile): share inbox and automation semantics

Problem

Mobile derives inbox analytics and archive behavior separately from desktop, and owns automation template identifiers and labels locally. The same domain state can therefore be classified or reported differently across hosts.

Changes

Use core for inbox viewed-event derivation, restorable-report rules, and actionable-report semantics. Move skill-backed automation identifiers and template presentation into core and consume them directly from mobile, deleting the duplicate helpers.
