docs: correct skip inactivity toggle location in session replay player (#17338)

The "Skip inactivity" toggle was moved out of the always-visible player
controls and into the "..." (more options) overflow menu. Two docs still
described the old location — the tutorial even pointed at a "mouse icon on
the bottom right" that no longer exists. Update both to direct users to the
overflow menu.
