Art request - general product update email announcement banner

Outline

I need an email banner that I can use for:

• When we release a new warehouse source, email will go to people who have signed up to hear about the release
• When we make a major update to an existing source, email will go to everyone already using that source

These emails will happen up to 4 times a month so I need a template that is easy to reuse but conveys some sense of excitement about more data being able to be piped into a customers warehouse

Deadline & Priority

17/04/26 - I'm new and found out we're shipping a feature next week but let me know if a week isn't feasible!

Technical requirements

I know we have done several email banners in the past, do we have standard sizing? If not I can figure it out what I need!

@Lizzieepton Heidi drew up a new hedgehog for this and had the idea to make it plugging in "another" source cord. The background could be changed easily to match the email or leave transparent.
Let us know if this feels like it would work well, if not, happy to jump back on the 1s & 0s idea.

@Lizzieepton I had originally left room for text to be added, but I'm realizing now that you actually didn't mention text here so I may have misunderstood the purpose of this. What information is needed in the template? Is the banner meant to just be an illustration? Sorry I missed that, can rework this whatever the case is.

@dphawkins1617 @heidiberton I like the hedgehog plugging in another source code idea. I don't need any specific text because we regularly have new sources added and each one has a waitlist that gets emailed when that happens, so something I can reuse is ideal but also doesn't need to be overly busy.

Maybe we could have the plug connected to something?

How does this work for you? still simple, but had two tangled hogs plugging into each other so it's still a little silly
