docs(error-tracking): add Go debug symbol upload guide

Changes

Adds a debug symbol upload guide for Go (/docs/error-tracking/upload-source-maps/go), mirroring the Rust guide: linker flags per platform (Linux needs -ldflags=-B gobuildid for a GNU build ID; macOS needs -ldflags=-compressdwarf=false because Go compresses its embedded DWARF and never produces a dSYM), the symbol-sets upload flow, --include-source, CI usage, and end-to-end verification. Also:

• Replaces the stale "symbol set uploads for Go are not currently available" callout on the Go installation page with a pointer to the new guide.
• Adds Go to the upload platforms tiles and the docs nav.

Warning

Do not merge until the tooling ships. This documents posthog-go 1.20.0 (PostHog/posthog-go#260, native frames + $debug_images) and the CLI's direct Mach-O executable upload (PostHog/posthog#72776). Both are in review. The "latest CLI" wording for macOS should be pinned to the actual CLI release version once it exists, and the --include-source claim for Go should be confirmed in the planned end-to-end run before merging.
