Eager-graph budgets are report-only until a baseline is established. Sizes are gzip of public/**/*.js; eager size is webpack module source bytes for the modules actually shipped in the entrypoint's initial chunks (post-tree-shake).

Changes
Updates the BigQuery batch export documentation to reflect changes from PostHog/posthog#68648:
Clarified permissions: Changed
bigquery.tables.deletefrom optional to required for mutable models, and added a note explaining that query permissions are recommended for all batch exports (with historical fallback support for non-mutable models).Documented stage table expiration: Added "(with a 1-week expiration as a safety net)" to the merge operation steps, explaining the new automatic cleanup behavior.
New FAQ entry: Added "What happens to stage tables if a batch export fails?" explaining that stage tables now auto-expire after one week, so users don't need to manually clean up orphaned tables after crashes.
