docs: add prompt label UI walkthrough with screenshots

Follow-up to #18628. The prompt labels docs describe the concept, API, and SDKs, but have no screenshots and nothing about the in-app flow, which shipped this week.

This adds a short "In the app" section to Managing labels: labels on the version history, setting and moving a label (with the confirmation dialog), removing a label, and the History tab. Six screenshots, light and dark mode, served from static/images so they ship with the PR. Happy to move them to Cloudinary via the uploader if that is preferred.

Hold merging until the prompt-labels feature flag is enabled, so the docs do not show UI people cannot reach yet.

Eager-graph budgets are report-only until a baseline is established. Sizes are gzip of public/**/*.js; eager size is webpack module source bytes for the modules actually shipped in the entrypoint's initial chunks (post-tree-shake).
