Add Replay Vision quality tab docs

Changes

Adds a docs page for the Replay Vision Quality tab at /docs/replay-vision/quality, plus a sidebar entry ("Improving accuracy") in the Replay Vision section.

The page covers rating scanner results (thumbs up/down and written feedback), feedback themes, the ratings-over-time chart with per-version accuracy, AI configuration recommendations (prompt, tag vocabulary, scale, summary length, and flags depending on scanner type), testing a recommendation against rated sessions before applying, and apply/dismiss semantics.

Screenshots were taken from a local dev environment with demo data only (no customer data). Two notes for review:

• Images are currently hosted on PostHog/pr-assets; happy to move them to Cloudinary if preferred.
• TODO before (or shortly after) merge: retake the screenshots with more realistic data. The current demo shots have synthetic session IDs (demo-fresh-*) and uniform confidence values.

Eager-graph budgets are report-only until a baseline is established. Sizes are gzip of public/**/*.js; eager size is webpack module source bytes for the modules actually shipped in the entrypoint's initial chunks (post-tree-shake).
