Summary

Adds documentation for the new Neon data warehouse source, which was implemented in PostHog/posthog#72737.

Changes

• New file: contents/docs/cdp/sources/neon.mdx - Documentation page for linking Neon as a data warehouse source

Key Documentation Points

• Explains that Neon is serverless Postgres and uses the same underlying integration as the Postgres source
• Notes that CDC sync is in alpha
• Documents Neon-specific connection details (host placeholder, neondb database, neondb_owner user)
