Why this update is needed
The PR author noted "No docs cover tile overrides today; nothing to update" but the dashboards documentation already has a "Filter precedence: dashboard vs. tile level" section that explains how tile filters interact with dashboard filters. This new feature extends that functionality and belongs in the same section.
