Merge /wip into /roadmap

Changes

Combines the /roadmap and /wip pages into one page at /roadmap showing what's in beta and what every team is working on this quarter:

• The existing feature board (Concept/Alpha/Beta lanes) stays on top, unchanged.
• Below it, a new compact grid of ~55 team crest cards ("What teams are working on this quarter"). Clicking a team opens the existing right-side drawer with the team's current-quarter goals (from contents/teams/{slug}/objectives.mdx) plus its roadmap features. Feature and team drawer views hop between each other.
• The toolbar (search + team select) now filters both the board and the grid, and the team select lists every team.
• Deep links: ?team=<slug> opens a team drawer; legacy ?team=<Team Name> links from product pages (previously no-ops) now normalize, filter the board, and open the drawer.
• /wip is deleted and redirected to /roadmap#teams in vercel.json (the page scrolls to the teams section on that hash); nav menus, the research page CTA, and handbook links are updated.

Why: the two pages answered the same visitor question ("what is PostHog building?") with different halves of the answer; one integrated page surfaces both without getting longer, using the drawer for depth instead of inline expansion.

Notes for reviewers:

• The old /wip table's excerpt + expand-all UX is replaced by the drawer model.
• The team select semantics change slightly: it now lists all teams (zero-feature teams included), not just feature-owning ones.
• The /roadmap static-query payload now carries the objectives MDX bodies — the same weight /wip carried before.
