fix(ci): track wizard CLI overhaul command surface

The CLI overhaul renames `revenue` → `revenue-analytics` and turns `audit`
into a family (bare `wizard audit` no longer runs in CI). Update the manifest
and command builders so CI keeps driving valid commands:

- manifest: revenue id → revenue-analytics
- drive `wizard audit all` for the audit workflow (full e2e coverage)
- split multi-token subcommands when building argv
