feat(self-driving): five new sample apps across frameworks

Adds five PostHog-free test apps under apps/self-driving so the
self-driving workflow has targets beyond the single Next.js todo app:

- sveltekit/habit-tracker — SvelteKit 2 + Svelte 5 runes, +server.ts API
- nuxt/recipe-box — Nuxt 4 with Nitro server routes
- react-router/expense-splitter — React Router v7 loaders and actions
- astro/changelog-hub — Astro 5 SSR with the Node adapter
- fastapi/bookmark-vault — FastAPI with Jinja templates

Each app has its own small CRUD domain over an in-memory store, so
there's something worth instrumenting on both the client and the
server. Every one builds and its routes were smoke-tested.
