This is really great - gave it a cursory look through as there is quite a lot of setup there, and I think the approach is good, so once you are happy with it let's merge it in - could we also add a github action to run this on every PR?

Rework E2E test framework with fixture management and streamlined test creation. We now maintain a list of fixtures which are generated based on real LLM calls if needed. Also added a framework test creation helper.
