Ran the snapshotting CI harness (scripts/tui-snapshots.no-jest.ts, per docs/benchmarking.md) on the release candidate against a real mobile OSS app from the benchmark app list.

• Config: baseline (wizard-use-pi-harness:false, anthropic harness — the stable production path)

• Result: capped at 720s (12 min) — reached 4/6 ("Revise and validate integration"), did not reach the dashboard/outro. This is a timeout, not a completed run: a 208M native repo needs more than a 12-min cap.
