Problem

• need a way for admins to edit roudn

User Story(s):

As a an admin, I want to edit round, so that I can change voter requirements, change application and votes date, change amount if not a vault, add or remove admins.

Description

• a page for admin to edit round, a lot like [FEATURE] Create Round Page #14

Acceptance Criteria

• check whether person can edit round (admin or owner) on the contract
• interact with [FEATURE] Round Contract #12
• change dates, error check for if voting is live then cannot edit date
• can edit amounts
• cannot make application and voting overlap
• cannot make start dates after end dates
• error messages if timeline is too short for a round or for application period
• can turn of application during application period, if previously had application (will be difficult) also need to be enforced on contract
• able to edit round

Limitations

• dependent on design [DESIGN] Round Creation #1 and contract [FEATURE] Round Contract #12
