Pull request overview
Updates the PowerShell resource installation script to use the new CFS/Azure DevOps feed location and refreshes the pinned InvokeBuild version used during setup.
Changes:
- Point the
CFSPSResource repository registration at the new ADO feed URI. - Bump the pinned
InvokeBuildversion from5.14.18to5.14.23.
