Implemented Heap Sort in Java inside Java/algorithms/sorting/HeapSort.java.

  • Takes array input using Scanner
  • Prints array before and after sorting
  • Follows repository coding style

Hi @aarxshi thank for this PR and I change the name of this file because it is conflict with the file and don't worry about the CI test is failed I will fix it soon
