This pull request adds the implementation of Kruskal's Algorithm in Python for finding the Minimum Spanning Tree of a weighted undirected graph. The algorithm uses a Disjoint Set (Union-Find) data structure to efficiently avoid cycles while selecting the minimum weight edges. This addition enhances our graph algorithms collection with a well-documented, optimized solution. Please review and share your feedback.
