Add Max Heap algorithm cpp

• Added a Max Heap data structure implemented for integers.

• Supports the following operations:

  • Build a heap from an array (buildHeap)
  • Insert a new element (insertValue)
  • Retrieve the maximum element (getMax)
  • Extract the maximum element (extractMax)
  • Delete a specific key (removeKey)
  • Display the current heap (displayHeap)
  • Includes a sample test case demonstrating all operations with output.

• Time Complexity:

  • buildHeap: O(n)
  • insertValue / extractMax / removeKey: O(log n)

• Space Complexity: O(n) – stores elements in a dynamic array.
