Summary

replace GPT nano references with openai/gpt-oss-20b
replace GPT 4.1-mini / 5-mini references with openai/gpt-oss-120b
replace other GPT references with gpt-5.5 / openai/gpt-5.5

Verification

git diff --check
verified no stale GPT nano, 4.1-mini, 5-mini, or old GPT model references remain in model/CLI/judge fields
