Current status: GO for synthetic industrial research readiness, subject to preserving the mandatory release gates in CI.

Deterministic corpus and replay harness.
Sparse anomaly preservation through micro-frame routing.
Explicit forensic drift thresholds with zero tolerance for critical/high loss.
Dashboard exposes compression ratio, token savings, semantic retention, anomaly survivability, sparse utilization, forensic failures, replay determinism, drift timeline, and deterministic hashes.

Synthetic corpora do not replace plant/fleet validation.
Fallback token counting is deterministic but not equivalent to installed tiktoken model encodings.
The codec remains intentionally lossy for repeated structured telemetry and requires forensic controls for any new domain.
