Industrial Readiness

Go/no-go posture

Current status: GO for synthetic industrial research readiness, subject to preserving the mandatory release gates in CI.

Operational strengths

  • Deterministic corpus and replay harness.
  • Sparse anomaly preservation through micro-frame routing.
  • Explicit forensic drift thresholds with zero tolerance for critical/high loss.
  • Dashboard exposes compression ratio, token savings, semantic retention, anomaly survivability, sparse utilization, forensic failures, replay determinism, drift timeline, and deterministic hashes.

Unresolved risks

  • Synthetic corpora do not replace plant/fleet validation.
  • Fallback token counting is deterministic but not equivalent to installed tiktoken model encodings.
  • The codec remains intentionally lossy for repeated structured telemetry and requires forensic controls for any new domain.
