- Sample map for nnunet models is added.
- A script to convert nnunet checkpoints to a structure conducive to MAP is included in the root folder of the map.
- This map structure should support any nnunet model configuration (2d, 3d-lowres, 3d-fullres, 3d-cascade, ensembles) and multiple folds.
