add basic test cases

Will want to make a simple test case to make sure integration is correct and include it as part of GitHub Actions.

One thing I noticed when playing around with the tests added in #16 , is that the tests will just keep using the .eleventy.js config at the root of the repo, meaning that if you try and add a test case that doesn't want to use trimParagraphTagsInMd, you'll find that trimParagraphTagsInMd is always set to true.

Try disabling trimParagraphTagsInMd through your current test setup and you'll see the trimming behavior is always set, e.g.

You'll see init runs twice, overriding the configuration passed in from the test case

I think we would probably want to isolate each test; one with the defaults like what you have now, and one to verify the behavior without. Likely with their own 11ty config, kind of like I setup test cases in Greenwood.

Maybe something that gallinago could help with, or just changing the 11ty instance in each test case to manually provide it a local config just for the test case?
