create initial editor experience

Need something that integrates something like the Monaco Editor for the browser so we can at least get some basics going here

1. syntax highlighting
2. formatting
3. visual appeal

At least to look some what closer to the left / right panes in other playgrounds

Running into a very consistent issue that is this known issue - ProjectEvergreen/greenwood#1572, when trying to load the with the monaco editor added to the page 😞
