• Create test/Magma.WinTun.Facts project (Windows-only, skip on Linux)
• Mock-based unit tests for the P/Invoke layer (don't require actual driver)
• Integration test strategy: requires WinTun driver installed, gate behind environment variable or test category
• Adapter create/destroy lifecycle
• Send/receive round-trip
