User-friendly Proposal Submission Form Implementation
Description
Added a new proposal submission form component. The form includes fields for name, email, Proposal Title, Proposal Mentors, Difficulty, Proposal Description, Multiple Reference with Links and PDFs with appropriate validation rules and error messages and proposal storage.
