cargo fmt reports many differences in empty lines. Maybe you have an fmt config file in your home directory or in a parent workspace project? If so, suggest adding rustfmt.toml.

Otherwise, please apply cargo fmt. I'm not submitting a pull request for this, since then you'd need to review it - a waste of your time.
