Allow changing location of cloned repositories, and/or adding already existing repositories to the list

I am using DevDrive to store all my code at D:/, I don't want PolyPilot to store 10s of GB of data to my profile directory.

I investigated this feature request and found that both parts are already fully implemented in the current codebase:

1. Custom repository storage location

• ConnectionSettings.RepositoryStorageRoot — persisted nullable string in settings.json
• RepoManager.GetStorageRootDir() — reads the setting and uses it for repos/ and worktrees/ directories
• Settings UI → Developer → "Repository Storage" section with:
  • Text input field (placeholder shows default ~/.polypilot path)
  • Browse... button for folder picker
  • Use Default button to reset
  • "Re-clone all registered repos in new root" migration button
  • Note: "Existing sessions/worktrees stay where they are. New worktrees use the new root after save."

2. Adding existing repositories

• PR fix: Existing Folder workflow reuses local repo instead of bare clone #527 (merged Apr 17) added the "Existing Folder" workflow that reuses local repos instead of creating redundant bare clones

Test coverage

• NormalizeRepositoryStorageRoot whitespace/trim tests
• Save_Load_RoundTrip_WithNewFields serialization test (uses "D:\\DevDrive\\PolyPilot" as example)
• Backward compatibility test for old JSON without the field

What I checked

• PR Allow configuring custom storage location for cloned repositories #245 (original Copilot attempt) was closed as draft — never merged
• The feature was implemented in subsequent work and is present on main
• No code references are missing or broken
