Weird scrollbar in team view when a submission is really long

Weird scrollbar on oversized submission summary in team view. Probably varying levels of annoyance depending on monitor size.

The scrollbar in the middle of the table(?) feels out of place. A few alternatives to consider:

• Truncate with ellipsis and show the full submission on hover
• Make the whole box scrollable
