Since Symfony controllers have the controller.service_arguments now, we don't need the ParamConverterListener anymore and can simply register services on the service container.

removed fix of treebuilder root-node deprecations, since SYMFONY:4.0 might still be supported. @beberlei should decide whether to keep this or support only symfony:^4.2.0 with version 3.
