Keep Reanimated and Worklets on matching versions

This bumps the mobile app to react-native-reanimated 4.5.1, but the lockfile still wires that package to react-native-worklets@0.8.1 while the same lockfile records Reanimated 4.5.1's peer requirement as react-native-worklets: 0.10.x. With the repo's non-strict peer settings this installs without failing, but any screen or navigation path that loads Reanimated will run against an incompatible Worklets runtime and can fail with the native/JS version-mismatch errors; add/update react-native-worklets to the matching 0.10.x line or avoid this bump.
