The names QuaEngine, QuaScript, Quack, @quajs, related package scopes, logos, icons, badges, and visual brand assets are trademarks, service marks, or brand assets of QuaDevTeam.
QuaEngine's open-source software licenses cover source code only where they are applied. They do not grant trademark, logo, icon, or brand asset rights.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited by law, such as fair use or nominative fair use where applicable.
You may use the QuaEngine marks only for truthful, descriptive reference, such as:
- stating that a project is "built with QuaEngine";
- describing a plugin, adapter, integration, or tutorial as "for QuaEngine";
- identifying an unmodified upstream dependency, import path, package name, or repository reference;
- stating that your project is a fork of, derived from, or compatible with QuaEngine, provided the statement is accurate and does not imply endorsement.
You may not use the QuaEngine marks without prior written permission to:
- name your product, company, game engine, package scope, domain, app, social account, service, distribution, or asset pack;
- use QuaEngine logos, icons, badges, or brand artwork as your product logo, launcher icon, splash screen, store icon, favicon, app icon, or primary identity;
- distribute a modified version in a way that suggests it is the official QuaEngine release;
- imply endorsement, sponsorship, certification, partnership, or official status;
- register trademarks, domains, package scopes, social accounts, or other identifiers containing QuaEngine marks or confusingly similar names;
- remove or alter required copyright, license, notice, or trademark attribution from official materials.
Forks and modified distributions must use a distinct project name and remove QuaEngine logos, icons, badges, and brand artwork from product branding, while preserving copyright, license, and attribution notices required by the applicable licenses.
The demo game content under demo/ may include QuaEngine brand references,
demo-specific marks, icons, generated art, UI assets, and character or world
identities. These materials are proprietary demo content and are not granted
for reuse as branding, game assets, templates, training data, asset packs, or
public product identity.
For uses not covered by this policy, obtain written permission from QuaDevTeam before using the QuaEngine marks or brand assets.
