Adjust Admin Screen

Improvement suggestions:

• Add the ability to remove the sign up when using SSO or other methods.
• Admin screen is defaulted when a user first logs in the first time.
• Admin button shows on normal users as well but its really not an admin menu but they can see the settings button it just tells them sorry its a bit weird functionality.
• Better understanding between people, members etc. I had invited a user says accepted and we accidentally did that but now we can't figure out how to remove that "People"
