This script contains dependency installation than its name is "prepare"

- this could be two zombienet scripts
- there are a lot of scripts. it could be two bash scripts that start parachain and solochain, with args or env variables
chain-specsfolder should be git ignored. it doesn't contain deterministic artifacts or genesis spec of a running chain.
