A personal request 😅: if you have time, could you please try reproducing results for quantum transverse field Ising model in Fig. 16 of the original HOTRG paper (PRB 86, 045139) (particularly when the field h = 3)? If it can be reproduced with high accuracy then I'm confident of our implementation. |

This PR adds the single Impurity HOTRG method up till second order. It also adds the initial impurity tensors for the Ising and the Potts model.
