Curious, I'm currently capturing layer by layer 2d hyperspectral data of mouse brain tissues, does Quasar have the ability to stack and visualize in 3-D a massive hyperspectral cube?

Dear Keegan,

Not 100% sure what you exactly mean by "visualization". Volume rendering?

Currently, Quasar can handle fairly large hyperspectral datacubes but always displays a slice in 2D. We are also capable of natively importing Agilent data.

Handling of very large data is in the works too.
