OpenQA Failed to start disposable qube

Brief summary

For some reason, unknown yet (will update when I have more information), OpenQA runner was not able to start several disposables, from disp2666 and beyond.

• 2026-02-12.04 - 167096 - last good: qubesos-4.3-update Build2026021204-4.3
• 2026-02-17.04 - 167407 - faulty: qubesos-4.3-update Build2026021704-devel
• 2026-02-17.16 - 167465 - working: qubesos-4.3-pull-requests Build2026021716-4.3

Steps to reproduce

1. Trigger openqa for the updates group

Expected behavior

Every disposable can fully bootstrap.

Actual behavior

Disposable fails to start. It fails during the "QubeVM.start()", as it doesn't log "Start Qubes DB" for the affected qubes.

For some reason I thought that events for issues were also enabled. I guess I need to create a dummy PR. There is no free label. The least full label is openqa-group-4.

You can use any PR (if you set PR_LABEL, it doesn't matter in which PR it's posted). I'd prefer to not add qubes-issues to the list, due to the amount of comments, and to not risk unintended consequences when discussing about those special comments.
