Qubes OS 4.3, Qubes OS 4.2

Brief summary

Updating to Linux 7.0.8 make default 300MB for sys-net too low, especially with Intel wifi driver.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Update kernel-latest-qubes-vm to 7.0.x
  2. Restart
  3. Try to use the system

Network working normally

Initial tests of 7.1-rc4 suggests it's fixed there already, so there is some hope the fix will get backported (if it's actually easy to identify it...).
