Establishes node.*/pinouts.h layout following AIM Network v0.6.x workspace convention. Stubs out nodeInit/nodeUpdate/nodeServiceCanTx pending power-board pin definition (UART, SPI-flash, sensing rails all TBD). CAN only — no serial logger until UART pins are confirmed. Match the updated AimNetwork::service(nowMs, state, errorBits) signature.
Apply lowerCamelCase naming, explicit Job init, and static combinedHooks fix consistent with the other five nodes.
