I'll have to test this later to see if those limits break traffic. Any reason why connections are limited to just 100 per IP? I feel like some sites could flood a lot more. |

it passed ci tests. Look over the config if you want, not sure how banning/limiting will work with local stuff so you might want to test more extensively than i did before merging
