Sub-orbital missions with altitute constraint like this one above, cannot be completed if given constraint is lower than resized atmosphere height.
In this case, I was using 3.2x config with atmosphere of about 100km.
If I escape atmosphere to enter suborbital trajectory, third criteria gets disabled as my altitude is now over 100km.
When reached 90km after reentry, second criteria is already disabled due to reentry.
I think it would be better to re-scale contract conditions based on config if possible.
Ofc I can just tweak some values from the config to fix this, but still.
