Now that the protocols and definitions are pulled via appsever, we can actually audit the requests made to get info about the protocol state of a subject when analysing the data.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add auditing of protocol and definition requests so later can query the protocol used by a subject on a particular day. Will migrate from RADAR-base/radar-app-config#21 if required.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Doing it in the AppConfig if it stores the protocols.
