Add huawei schemas and release version (minor version bump)
Delete 13 instantaneous point-in-time avsc files and their 18 spec entries. All removed types have statistics equivalents already present in the spec (continuous.* statistics topics). Two entries retained: instantaneous.resting_heart_rate.statistics and instantaneous.stress.statistics are daily aggregate types, not point-in-time measurements, and are queryable via REST. 35 schemas, 54 topics remain.
SNYK-JAVA-COMFASTERXMLJACKSONCORE-17440366 and -17440598 require jackson-databind >= 2.21.4, which requires Kotlin v2 via jackson-module-kotlin. Kotlin is pinned to 1.9.x by radar-commons.

After consultation with the Huawei tech team, instantaneous data points are not available via the API, so removing those.
