I want to make sure I understand the exact behavior you’re looking for.

Are you aiming for:

• a Quick Settings tile that simply opens the Notification History screen (similar to ActivityLauncher), or
• a tile that can enable / disable Notification History as a system setting?

The app is mainly focused on Quick Settings tiles that change system settings (e.g. toggling Private DNS), not just launch activities, so it would be helpful to know which of the two you have in mind
