Add blacklisted network option to have DNS auto turn off

Describe the feature you'd like

I would like the app to have a feature to add Wi-Fi networks to a blacklist of sorts so that whenever I'm connected to those networks, it automatically turns off DNS.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

There are some Wi-Fi networks I use that won't connect if I have the DNS changed. And honestly I have no idea why. But only happens when I'm on campus for classes.

Why is this feature important to you?

I often forget about that I have to turn it off and I end up burning though my data because I won't be connected to the Wi-Fi and it'll default to my data for access to the Internet.

I think in general an automation ability to switch between DNS's for different networks would be a nice feature.

Use case: Use private DNS1 with Network A, use public DNS2 or no DNS with Network B, which prohibits private DNS's, etc.
