• Current outputs are not formatted and hard to read.

Combined Report Checks

• Current TLF bot only looks at individual report
• We need to setup combined report code and the QC bot should validate to Pilot 3 Combined Report

Syntax/Convention Improvements

• TLF Bot references Datasets but no datasets are used
• Harmonize names of file conventions and syntax across reports
• Date within the GitHub Conversation is updated but the top is not - the two should be aligned if possible.
• we need to remove the out, pdf and rtf folders as it is confusing to set this up in the ADRG/provide guidance, i.e. just want one folder to output the displays

@elimillera and @RConsortium/pilot5 I started to make a list of Bot improvements. Please add if you think anything needs improving.

I think we need to adjust the ADaM QC bot to check the datasetjson files rather than rds files.

We are observing some issues when comparing json back to pilot3 #97.
