Summary

• Update FlyDSL dependency pins from 0.1.6 to 0.1.7 for testing.
• Keep build-system, install, and CI dependency declarations in sync.

Test plan

• Not run locally; dependency pin only.
• Checked IDE diagnostics for edited files.
