[Bug]? Can't connect to RPCN

Describe the bug

I have internet enabled and rpcn enabled, and I even copied the rpcn.yml file from rpcs3 where im logged in, yet it will not display the account or seemingly connect to internet at all, just displaying *User in the profiles.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Enable internet
2. PSN status set to rpcn
3. Edit rpcn.yml to contain profile info (ie. Token, name, etc.

This needed selinux disabled for some reason. I was able to do it because I have root.
