[Bug] Strict Rendering Mode and Write color buffers only works when Disabled and relaunched via Suspend Emulation Savestate  #174

Describe the bug

So I've did some testing to try to fix, you know, flickering In this ratchet and clank game and to no surprise, obviously these settings obviously fix it. But I noticed that when I turn on these settings, they don't immediately fix the flickering at first boot. It's only when I exit the game and disable these settings and then reload the game with the save state and then the settings work as intended.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Enable Strict Rendering Mode and write color buffers
Exit game
Disable these settings
Reload game via save state and settings work now

Additional context

This goes in line, this kind of goes against my previous bug report where I mentioned that this game has bad flickering, but it's still a problem because the settings need to fix the flickering. Don't really work like on first boot. And, yeah also I noticed that if you exit the game and then go back into the game via the save state without actually turning off those settings. And then you go leave and then turn off the settings and then reload the save state, it doesn't seem to work for some odd reason
