Commit fc451f8, despite being made to fix an issue with scaling on HiDPI with OGL, actually causes issues with it. Compiled both with and without the commit's changes and tested both with 2x window scale (848x480) set in settings.ini, 125% scale in Windows 11, and no DPI override settings set on the exe.
